Studies of immune parameters in adolescents over the period of 2020-2021

Changes of immune system in adolescents during the 2020-2021 pandemic have not been sufficiently studied. The paper concerns features flow cytometric indexes among children different age groups and their immunoglobulin status. cohort was classified into 12 categories (3 subgroups, 4 relative to status). aim this work investigate changes immunograms COVID evaluated by means cytometry. methodology present based on evaluation including biochemical studies analysis.
 results immunological patients were three categories. Laboratory diagnostics human performed serological analyses. A total 250 samples analyzed course study. Primary classification A, M G status four as follows: absence disease (R1); M, values within reference ranges active (R2); beyond passive stage (R3); patient recovery process (R4). Eight parameters cells detectable cytometry chosen for evaluation: leukocytes, lymphocytes, T lymphocytes (CD3+), B (CD19+), NK (CD16+CD56+), helper (CD3+CD4+), NKT cells, immunoregulation index (CD4+/CD8+). Quantitative assessment deviations these indices from distinct under 18 years living Perm region Russian Federation 2020-2021.
